We are proud to share that four of our talented students — Archisha Mahashabde, Meehika Gupta, Varnika Gupta, and Vasudha Jagtap — brought laurels to The Orchid School by securing the Silver Medal in the “Aero Dance” category at the 25th Aerobic Gymnastics State Championship, representing the PCMC district.
The achievement is even more commendable as the event was a milestone in itself — the Aero Dance category is a newly introduced discipline for the Balewadi team. Despite it being their debut in this category, the eight-member team, comprising students from the same training batch at Balewadi Stadium, rose to the challenge with remarkable skill and teamwork.
What makes their win truly inspiring is the dedication and discipline they displayed. With just two weeks of specific training in Aero Dance, they were able to blend their 2–3 years of artistic gymnastics foundation into a dynamic, high-energy performance that impressed the judges and audience alike.
This victory is a testament to the students’ hard work, the guidance of their coaches, and their ability to adapt and excel in a new format. We congratulate Archisha, Meehika, Varnika, and Vasudha on this outstanding achievement and look forward to seeing them soar to greater heights in the future.
