We are pleased to inform you that the admission process for Class 1 for the Academic Year 2026-27 for general category admissions will start on Sunday 26th Oct 2025 at 12:00 noon. It is mandatory for parents to complete the online registration form.
How to register your child for Class I admission under GENERAL CATEGORY:
- The link will be activated on Sunday 26th Oct 2025 at 12:00 noon.
- There is cut off for the number of registrations for general category. Registration process will be closed after the set duration.
- To avail the admission in this category, online registration is mandatory.
- If failed to complete the online registration, further request for extension would not be entertained.
- Parents must fill up the following details in the online form:

Eligibility Criteria for Std I Admission:
- The child needs to fulfill age criteria of minimum 6 years of age as on 31st December 2026. (Age criteria to strictly be adhered as per following GR – https://student.maharashtra.gov.in/adm_portal/app/webroot/uploads/age_rule_2023.pdf)
- It is preferred that child has completed formal preparatory education, specifically Senior Kindergarten (Sr. KG) or an equivalent pre-primary program. This foundational stage is essential to ensure the child is prepared with basic skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Fee Structure for AY 2026-27:
- One Time Admission Fee (non-refundable) – ₹ 75,000/-
- At the time of admission, you need to pay following amount: –

- First instalment ₹ 73,400
- Brochure fee ₹ 1,000/-

Admission Process: Commences on Saturday, 1st November,2025 at 8:30 AM.
The process for admission is mentioned in detail below. Each step in the process is mandatory.

1 | Token Collection (8:30 AM onwards) · All parents who have registered for the admission process and have received an email invitation from the admission department should come to school at 8:30 AM and collect token at the token counter. (Please note that the admission process will be based on token number.) |
2 | Parent Orientation (9:00 AM – 9:30 AM) · This orientation is organised for you to understand the philosophy of the school and the program details. · Both parents should attend the orientation. · After the Orientation, parents must complete document verification at the desk, purchase of brochure, admission registration form filling and then come back to school based on their Level Readiness Check (LRC) timing which will be announced post orientation. · After orientation parents will proceed for filling up the student’s details registration form, document verification and LRC. These processes will take place simultaneously and will be announced post orientation. · This will ensure that your child has rested well for the LRC to be held. |
3 | Filling of Student’s details Form (basement IT lab) · All personal details need to be accurate as per AADHAR Card only. Carry Aadhar card of your ward to fill the correct Aadhar name and number. |
4 | For Document Verification Venue: Conference room · Please carry along the documents mentioned below: 1) Original Birth Certificate with one photocopy 2) Aadhar Card photocopy (Mandatory) 3) Caste certificate (If other than general category) 4) Medical report (If child has special need, diagnosed report) 5) 2 Passport size photograph 6) Sr. Kg Academic Report 7) Both parents Aadhar card photocopy · Any one parent can complete this part of the process. For foreign nation following documents are mandatory to submit at the time of admission: – 1. Passport: – A valid passport of the student along with the parents/ guardian. 2. Visa: – Valid Indian visa (Parents and Student visa, or OCI). 3. OCI Card (if applicable): –If the student holds an OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card, this simplifies the admission process significantly. 4. Birth Certificate: – For age verification. It should preferably be apostilled or attested if issued outside India. 5. Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate: – From the previous school (especially if transferring from another school abroad or in India). 6. Academic Records / Report Cards: – Last 1–2 years of report cards or transcripts from the previous school. 7. Proof of Residence in India: – Rental agreement, utility bill, or a letter from employer (if parents are working in India). 8. Photographs: – 2 Passport-sized photos of the student (and sometimes of the parents). 9. Parent’s ID and Visa: – Passport and valid visa or OCI card of at least one parent/legal guardian. |
5 | Purchase of School Brochure Venue: Conference room · This includes the school brochure and all the necessary forms. · This can be purchased from Accounts Desk after payment of ₹ 1000. |
6 | Level Readiness Check (As per time slot) Venue: in the assigned classroom · Level readiness check is an interaction between the student and teacher to gauge the learning level. This interaction takes place in a very informal and child friendly environment. · This process is not an assessment to grant or reject the admission. · You do not have to prepare your ward for this interaction. · The specific time schedule will be given for this. · You may bring your ward directly at the time of Level Readiness Check. This will help them attend the Level Readiness Check while they are feeling upbeat and enthusiastic. · One parent can accompany the child for this interaction. · Class 1 requires that the student should be proficient at minimum required level in spoken language skills, reading, comprehension skills, numeracy, and conceptual skills. Hence this process is crucial from the academic point of view and planning for child, parent can also observe their child’s level of competence by this step. |
7 | Family Meet – Optional · Though all the information will be shared during the Parent Orientation, still if you feel the need to interact with Director -Principal or Vice Principal, then you can inform the office staff about the same. · It is advisable both parents should be present for this meeting. |
8 | Fee Payment · Once the admission process is complete and you have decided to take the admission, the school fee should be paid on the same day. |
9 | Admission Confirmation · Post fee clearance, the admission confirmation will be sent via mail in three working days after the intimation of amount clearance from the bank. |

Some Important Points to Note:
- The admission process will not be continued if any of the above-mentioned criteria for each step is not fulfilled.
- The admission will be confirmed only once the fee (One time admission fee + 1st fee instalment + brochure) has been paid. In case the fee is not paid the seat will not be reserved.
- School Management reserves the Final Decision to grant admission.

Admission Process
Admission Process will be held on Friday, 31st October, 2025 from 9:30 AM onwards
The process for admission is mentioned in detail below. Each process is mandatory.

(Please note that the admission process will be based on token number.) |
2 | Parent Orientation (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM in the school auditorium) · This orientation is organised for you to understand the philosophy of the school and the program details. · Both parents should attend. The child may avoid this process as this is done to apprise parents about the school and the child may find it difficult to sit through the entire time. · After the Orientation, parent will proceed for the filling up the admission registration form in the IT lab (basement). |
3 | Filling of Student’s details Form (basement IT lab) · All personal details need to be accurate as per AADHAR Card only. · Carry Aadhar card of your ward to fill the correct Aadhar name and number. |
4 | Document Verification (Conference room basement) Please carry along the documents mentioned below: 1) Original Birth Certificate with one photocopy 2) Student Aadhar Card photocopy (Mandatory) 3) Caste certificate (If other than general category) 4) Medical report (If child has special need, diagnosed report) 5) 2 Passport size photograph 6) Both parents Aadhar card photocopy 7) Legal custody/ Separation documents (if any) · Any one parent can complete this part of the process. Enrolment Process and Academic Requirements for Class II-X
Admissions granted based on availability of seats.
Availability of seats is updated on the website in periodic manner as and when seat is vacant.
Class XI
The provisional admission process for Grade for the Academic Year 2026-27
It will comprise of:
- General orientation of Grades XI and XII course
- Verification of Documents,
- Academic Counselling (if required)
- One on one Meeting with School leaders (If required),
- Payment of Fees.
General Orientation is conducted by the school to apprise the parents of the school curriculum and course design for Grade XI and XII. This orientation gives a fair idea to parents & students on the trajectory the ward would be getting during the two academic years.
Eligibility criteria for admission:
The PT2/PT3/Pre-Board/ Midterm/Final exam results will be taken into consideration for the provisional admission.
- Students must score 65% in English.
- Students who wish to opt for science subjects – Physics, Chemistry and Biology, must score 70% in Science.
- Students who wish to opt for Mathematics/Applied Mathematics must score 70% in Math (Standard/ Basic)
- The overall cut-off percentage to be secured in any of the above-mentioned exams is 75%.
- The students opting for other than Science subjects must have overall percentage of 75%.
Note: For students from ICSE Board: the eligibility criteria will be considered as mentioned below-
* English – Average of language and literature.
**Science – Average of Physics, Chemistry, Biology
- As per CBSE guidelines students who wish to opt for Mathematics at Sr. Secondary level must qualify in Mathematics as per above eligibility criteria.
Who needs to attend the Orientation: Both parents and student (Preferably all).
What to bring:
- Photocopy of PT2/PT3/Pre-Board/ Midterm/Final exam results
- 2 recent (Not more than 3 months old) passport size Photograph
- Birth certificate self-attested copy
- Aadhar Card copy of both the parents and student.

Note: i) The One Time Admission fee for Grade Nursery to Grade XII is 75000/- and needs to be paid at the time of admission and is non-refundable. ii) All instalments are based on the academic cycle of the respective grade. iii) The fees applicable for new students will be as per the instalment cycle, they join. iv) Parents have an option to either pay fee as per the instalment or the entire amount in one go
Withdrawal Policy
- This process is effective only through written communication in the form of an application
- Telephonic messages/ Verbal communication or an email will not be considered authentic.
- Written application to be given before the due date of school fees to the school office.
- Transfer Certificate form to be filled which is given from school office and should be duly signed by both the parents as signed at the time of admission.
- If the parent is a single parent/ any legal case pending/ a decree etc. submission of relevant documents is mandatory.
- Without the appropriate documents, the school leaving certificate will not be processed.
The refund of fees will be as per the school policy mentioned below-

- The Transfer/Bonafide Certificate form must first be certified as 'No Dues' by the Class Teacher, Library, Accounts Office, and Administration Department. Once all clearances are obtained, the request will be processed, and the Transfer/Bonafide Certificate will be issued within 10 working days of the school office. Please note that Transfer Certificates are not applicable for Pre-Primary students.
- If the withdrawal of admission is applied after the due date of school fees and the student has attended the school, then the parent is liable to pay the instalment for the respective quarter and late fee if applicable and only then the withdrawal application is taken for further process.
- In case of mid-term withdrawal, if the student has not attended the school in the respective quarter and the withdrawal application is given after the due date then the parent will be liable to pay the fee of that quarter to process with the withdrawal.
Processing of Transfer Certificate for Class 11:
- The Transfer Certificate Form once certified as ‘No Dues’ from Class Teacher, Library, Accounts Office and Administration Department, is further processed for producing the ‘Transfer Certificate’ within 10 school office working days.
Certain Mandates for Class 11:
- Regular classes will begin in April. Regular teaching will happen, and portion once taught will not be retaught.
- Admission will not be confirmed if student fails to attend the classes after school starts.
- No negotiations will be allowed regarding school timings and number of minimum expected working days (75% as per CBSE norms) even if the student has enrolled for other after school classes.
