The second session of the Principals’ Conclave 2026 brought together school leaders and educators for a focused discussion on “Competencies and Question Paper-Making Techniques.”
Initiated by our Director Principal, Dr. Namrata Majhail, and supported by our Vice Principal, Sonali Di, the session featured insights from Mr. Mikin Lala and Mr. Nishchal Shukla on practical approaches to learning and assessment.
Contributions from participating schools and The Orchid School’s academic team enriched the exchange, creating space for shared perspectives on competency-focused learning and meaningful assessment practices.
