Our Class VI students recently participated in a memorable overnight adventure camp at ‘Yuva Yatri’ campsite near Mahabaleshwar, from 15th to 17th January. Located 2.5 hours from Pune, the camp, organized by Outdoor Mantras, offered a perfect blend of fun and learning in a serene natural setting, with stunning views of Krishna Valley and Needle Hole/ Ket’s point.
The serene environment proved to be an ideal backdrop for an array of team-building activities, all designed to encourage learning and personal growth.
Throughout the camp, students were engaged in a variety of exciting outdoor activities, including:
- Team Games that fostered cooperation and leadership skills.
- Star Gazing under the clear, starlit sky, where they explored constellations and celestial wonders.
- Nature Walks that deepened their connection with the natural world.
- Bonfire Evenings where students enjoyed mimicry and bonding around a warm fire.
These activities fostered teamwork, leadership, and a deeper connection with nature.
The students were accompanied by their Class Teacher and Subject Teachers, ensuring they had a safe and enriching experience. Delicious meals were provided throughout the camp, keeping the students energized for all the activities.
This adventure camp was an incredible opportunity for our students to learn outside the classroom, build lasting memories, and gain a greater appreciation for nature and teamwork.
