TOS Customer Satisfaction - Parents and Employees - Survey results published
Dear Parents and TOS team members,
Here is the much awaited results of the survey we conducted to measure our customer's satisfaction.
It is presented to you in a power point form so that you can get an overview of the results.
TOS management and team will do a thorough study of the results and the comments posted on this survey and implement quality measures for the coming academic year.
Thank you for giving both positive feed back and inputs about areas that we need to improve on. Your positive feed back will continue to motivate us in doing what we are doing and the recommendations will be examined and incorporated to make teaching -learning process closer to the goals and objectives.
