THEME ACTIVITY - 'RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO SERVE' -- XI I3 and XII I3
“Respect the people who serve us. It might mean nothing to you but it could mean everything to them.” There are many people around who serve us daily and make our lives easy and comfortable. Respecting them is one of the noblest acts of man. Keeping this in mind, the students of class XI I3 and XII I3 arranged a cultural afternoon for all the kakas and maushis of The Orchid School at the Multi Purpose Hall (MPH).
It was an afternoon full of pomp and show with spell binding events of music and dance. It all started with hosts Arnav and Piyush warmly welcoming them with temperament to the event. Then, Shreyashi, Shreya and Abhiruchi conducted a craft workshop for them.
With paints and glitter all around and vision skills at their level best, they made a beautiful floral photoframe.
Last but not the least, a yummy snack was arranged for them where they had a hearty feast consisting of bhel, cupcake, cake, and tea-n-coffee.
And of course, the best part of the program was seeing them dancing to the tune of the famous dance number, zingat song from Sairat movie…!
Their smile was a key that fit into our students hearts and brought feelings of compassion within them…they also understood that no matter whether you are young or old, poor or rich, happy or sad, everyone smiles shows respect in the same language…! By Piyush Motwani XI I3 The Orchid School
