Mr Joshi was apt in saying that the need of the hour to shift to right brain thinking, being creative and primarily thinking out of the box.
Mr Joshi suggested a few important qualities to be successful in a professional career. He emphasized on the need to be confident, creative, develop time management skills, have analytical skills, start expressing, reduce your sense of entitlement and most importantly have the ability to accept rejection.
